Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
- Country refers to: United Kingdom
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Silk Marsh Designs.
Delivery of Digital Items
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email containing a link to download your digital product(s). This email is typically sent immediately after purchase. We strive to provide a seamless delivery experience, but if you encounter any problems downloading your purchase or do not receive your download email within a reasonable timeframe, please do not hesitate to contact us at silkmarshdesigns@gmail.com for assistance. We’re happy to help resolve any issues you may have.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds can be offered. Once the files have been downloaded, they cannot be returned. This policy is in place to protect the intellectual property associated with these digital designs.

Silk Marsh Designs is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact silkmarshdesigns@gmail.com outlining the issue. While refunds are not possible, every effort will be made to reach a resolution that ensures a positive experience.
