🔤 Important Name Information
Please read the following carefully before ordering:
Names can have one capital letter only, at the beginning of the name.
All remaining letters will be lowercase.
A capital letter cannot be placed in the middle of a name.
For double-barrelled names, please select two names. These will be made as two separate names rather than being connected together.
If you have any questions about how your chosen name will be made, please contact us before ordering.

🛒 How To Order
Ordering is simple!
When checking out, please provide:
1. The name or names you would like
2. The colour you would like for each letter
Please double-check your spelling and colour choices before completing your order, as this is a personalised, made-to-order product.

⏰ Dispatch Times
Current dispatch time: 4–6 weeks.
Please allow up to 4–6 weeks before dispatch. In many cases, your order will be completed and dispatched sooner, but please use the full stated timescale when ordering.
This timescale allows me to:
Order your individual shapes from my suppliers
Wait for the shapes to arrive
Make and paint your personalised name
Package your order carefully
Prepare it for posting
I work completely on my own, so I am the maker, painter, packer and admin person all rolled into one!

The shapes used to make your name are ordered from external suppliers, and each supplier has their own individual dispatch times. Some shapes can take around two weeks to arrive after I place my order, which is why my overall dispatch time can sometimes be longer. I may be able to complete your order sooner depending on my current workload and the availability of the shapes required.

Please Note:
If you purchase multiple items with different delivery or dispatch times, the longer delivery timescale will automatically apply to your order.
Delivery timescales are shown in the listing and during the ordering process, so please make sure you are happy with the stated timescale before placing your order.

❌ Cancellation Policy
As this is a bespoke, personalised item, your shapes may need to be ordered specifically for your order.
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After this 12-hour period, cancellations or refunds cannot be processed because your bespoke shapes may already have been ordered from my supplier and work may have commenced on your personalised item.
Please check your chosen name, spelling and colour selections carefully before placing your order.
